Portsmouth, NH. July 13, 2005 – - Valid Systems Incorporated has developed a Web-based Repository for business documents targeted at the mid-sized application market. The Valid Web Repository leverages the experience Valid Systems has in electronic recordkeeping developed in their Valid Repository and Valid eMail Manager products for IBM/Lotus based infrastructures and currently in their 4th version.  The new product, called The Valid Web Repository is set for release in early September 2005. The product is available for demonstration and pilot immediately.

With the introduction of the Valid Web Repository small and mid-sized companies will have a low-overhead solution for business recordkeeping that meets compliance, business continuity, and intellectual property protections requirements. Using a policy based interface for setting recordkeeping requirements businesses can ensure the correct information is being retained accurately and with low or no overhead on the employee.

• Ability to link with Microsoft Exchange server and monitor selected mailboxes and mail folders.
• Ability to monitor named folders for business documents and track changes.
• Ability to monitor Lotus Domino servers and monitor inbound and outbound mail
• Ability to store a digital fingerprint of the document for authentication purposes.
• Easily share documents via web and mail with just a few clicks with full tracking and feedback.
• Automated retention management disposes of old information
• Backup mode allows automated tracking of computer storage and can provide controlled restoration to a specific restore point for business continuity in case of full or partial system failure or loss of data.
