Support includes access to Online Documentation and Frequently Asked Questions. Customers of Valid Systems may register for access to Basic Support through the web site.
Valid Standard SupportValid offers an Annual Maintenance contract to support the operation of your Valid products. Valid Annual Maintenance is provided for Valid Products on a licensed basis. Support includes software upgrades when they are made available, software point releases on a periodic basis, software letter releases to fix critical bugs, and access to technical resources through the web site, email, and telephone. Telephone support for customers with an Annual Maintenance Contract is available from 9:00am through 5:00pm on standard business days at 1-603-766-0460. Customers of Valid Systems may register for access to Standard Support through the web site.
