The users mail file template is not modified by the system.  When a user receives a notification that they will be participating in the Valid eMail Manager system they will have the option of acknowledging receipt and auto configuring their desktop.  At that time all settings are checked, appropriate folders are created, and the Application Manager is notified that the user is configured.
