Valid provides a set of components for building collaborative document management and recordkeeping applications. You can use our set of components together or use just the ones that you need. This allows you to select the "best of breed" functionality for each part of your total system. Our three main components are:The ValidRepository The ValidRepository allows you to recordkeeping enable your existing applications. It manages your file plan, creates and manages metadata for the record, provides a records management system for retention, disposition, audit trail, and other critical recordkeeping functions, and supports signing and witnessing when required. The ValidLibrary The ValidLibrary provides a shared or personal library for document management, reuse of information, collaborating on document development, and sharing of information in an organized web-enabled library.
